Description: Please join Dianne Chipps Bailey, Managing Director and National Philanthropic Strategy Executive for Philanthropic Solutions at Bank of America, for a high-energy conversation about emerging trends in women’s philanthropic leadership.
This session is designed to provide strategies for nonprofit organizations to unleash the power of women as volunteers and donors. The discussion draws on research from the Women’s Philanthropy Institute, as well as Dianne’s experience providing strategic counsel to a diverse portfolio of grantmaking clients nationally including colleges and universities, museums, human service organizations, health care affiliate and conversion foundations, churches and other religious organizations, and social entrepreneurs, as well as a myriad of start-up charities. Topics to be explored include:
• Grassroots movements building momentum
• Increasing emphasis on creativity and flexibility
• Strategically investing in women and girls
• Serving nonprofits sacrificially and with savvy
Dianne also will offer her observations about the personal qualities shared by the most impactful and joyful female philanthropists.
